Las Vegas Business Brokerage

Sell a business for top dollar

Maximize your exit value with confidential, results-driven representation from Jennifer Franco. Trusted by business owners across Las Vegas and Nevada.

How do I sell my business?

You sell a business by valuing it on recast earnings, preparing the records and operations a buyer will test, then marketing it confidentially so staff, customers and competitors never learn it is for sale.

From there the work is screening buyers, negotiating the offer and structure, surviving due diligence and closing through escrow. Jennifer Franco, business broker with Nonnie Group, runs that process for owners in Las Vegas and across Nevada.

What happens at each stage?

Valuation

Three years of tax returns and a current profit and loss statement are recast into the earnings a new owner would see. That figure, and the risk around it, sets a realistic asking range before anything is marketed.

Pre sale preparation

Books are tidied, add backs documented, contracts and the lease reviewed, and daily decisions moved off your desk. This is where most of the price is made.

Confidential marketing

Your business is presented by its industry, market and numbers, never by its name. Materials are written so a serious buyer can evaluate it while no one recognises it.

Confidentiality protections

Every enquiry signs a non disclosure agreement before receiving identifying information. Staff, customers and competitors learn nothing until you decide the timing.

Buyer screening

Buyers are asked about funding, experience and timeline, and anyone relying on bank financing speaks with a lender early so an offer stands on something real.

Negotiation

Price is one line among many. Structure, cash at closing, any seller note, inventory, working capital and your role after closing all get negotiated together.

Due diligence

The buyer and lender verify the financials, payroll, contracts, licences, lease and equipment. Organised sellers move through this quickly and hold their price.

Closing

Documents sign through escrow, the lease and licences transfer where permitted, funds release and the agreed handover period begins.
